Shipping Information

At DiamondX, we work to get your package out quickly. Normally, it takes 3-5 business days to process orders (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST), unless we need more information. To speed up shipping, make sure your billing and shipping addresses match for credit card payments. If you pay with PayPal and have different addresses, we might ask for extra verification, like a photo ID.

Customized watches take a bit longer, about 5-7 business days to process and ship since they're closely watched for 24 hours.

Apart from our processing times, the time it takes for your package to arrive depends on your chosen shipping method at checkout. Keep in mind that the estimated shipping times you see at checkout don't include our processing time (3-5 business days). If you need sizing or customization, it might take a bit longer.

We use different shipping carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on factors like your purchase amount, shipping location, and method chosen. After we ship your order, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can check its status. When your order arrives, a signature from an adult aged 21 or older is required.

Important for international customers: If you're ordering from outside the US, you might have to pay customs fees when your package arrives. Each country has its own tax rates, so check with your local post office to find out how much these fees will be. The shipping fees you pay during checkout don't cover customs fees.
